Qualifications

• 6+ years as a front-end technologist, engineer, or UX prototyper.
• Coding samples in front-end programming languages.
• Experience developing visually polished, fluid UX prototypes.
• Collaboration experience with UX, Product, and technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison translating research capabilities into production workflows and production needs into scientific requirements.
• Develop working knowledge of generative models through technical and artistic assessment.
• Partner with production teams to understand creative workflow needs and scope priorities with scientists.
• Build proof-of-concept workflows showing how model capabilities address production challenges.
• Identify and communicate gaps between model outputs and production requirements.
• Develop documentation, creative briefs, and technical specifications to maintain team alignment.
• Mentor teammates and establish standards for evaluating and integrating generative AI capabilities.
