Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners during design phase.
• Oversee project budget, scope, and related communications.
• Manage overall project schedule through people management and tracking.
• Ensure regulatory approvals and permits are obtained.
• Align design documents with project execution plan.
• Resolve technical design and specification concerns.
• Review project margin plans and develop financial strategies.
• Establish and monitor project success factors for all stakeholders.
• Create an integrated team experience through role clarity and communication.
