About The Role

Our client adopts a holistic approach to design strategy, programming, and project execution. The Senior Design Manager - Systemization & Strategy will be responsible for creating documentation that streamlines workflows requiring systemization support through clear, visual materials. This role involves designing, delivering, and managing guidelines, templates, and resources such as newsletters and graphics to ensure consistency across presentation materials.

This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values creativity, and is passionate about quality and project delivery. The candidate should be adaptable and proactive in shaping processes.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare detailed design specifications based on project requirements and client needs.
  • Review design guidelines with teams to foster innovative solutions.
  • Implement quality assurance and compliance within project timelines.
  • Create templates, playbooks, and guidelines for design strategies.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive design strategy frameworks, schedules, and work plans.
  • Research and develop innovative design strategies.
  • Support site-agnostic design and programming strategies to improve workplace and amenity programs.
  • Manage design strategy frameworks for various audiences, including external firms and internal leadership.
  • Apply advanced knowledge to improve methods and achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in design standards and systemization, contributing to organizational goals.
  • Impact customer, operational, and project objectives across teams.
  • Contribute to new products, processes, and operational plans.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree (Architecture/Interior/Graphic) preferred, with 5-7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience and education.
  • Experience with Google Apps.

Salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on skills and experience. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a discretionary bonus.
