Job summary

Redwood Materials, Inc. is seeking a full-time Staff Design Manager to lead design and engineering efforts for construction and infrastructure development. This role involves managing multi-disciplinary projects, working closely with Process Engineering, Construction, and Production teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with at least 10 years of experience. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience managing multi-disciplinary scopes.
• PE or RA License preferred.
• Experience designing manufacturing facilities including tool install.
• Advanced project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Infrastructure and Tool Install projects.
• Coordinate key project schedule requirements with partners.
• Implement innovative engineering and design methodologies.
