Working within a dynamic team, you will lead multidisciplinary design delivery across the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical decisions align with safety, customer, commercial, program, resilience, and sustainability goals.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Own End-to-End Design Execution: Define the design delivery strategy and lead major facility, campus phase, or complex regional programs from concept development through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Direct Multidisciplinary Teams: Coordinate external consultants, equipment manufacturers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to integrate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and security systems.
• Drive Risk & Financial Assurance: Oversee design reporting, risk management, and value engineering while leading the resolution of technical, commercial, and program risks.

Reasonably expected salary range: $123,500.00 - $164,700.00
