Ladders is seeking a Senior Design Manager - Brand & Motion to guide high-impact creative work that strengthens brand expression across digital and motion channels.

The role partners with marketing, product marketing, events, and communications to bring cohesive campaigns and design systems to life, mentor teammates, and elevate design quality in a lean creative organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating motion graphics and animations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity across channels.
• Excellent typography and layout skills.
• Clear, persuasive communication and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a lean team.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Design Manager - Brand & Motion to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will guide high-impact creative work that strengthens brand expression across digital and motion channels. The person in this seat will partner closely with marketing, product marketing, events, and communications to bring cohesive campaigns and design systems to life. They will also help shape brand standards, elevate design quality, and mentor teammates within a lean creative organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $114,500 – $152,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for key creative initiatives


• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Communications teams


• Create diverse design outputs, including digital ads and motion graphics


• Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and templates


• Mentor other designers to uphold high creative standards


• Present creative work and advocate for design best practices


• Serve as a critical member of a small, focused design team

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience


• Proficient in Figma and the full Adobe Creative Suite


• Experience with animation tools


• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and multi-channel design projects


• Excellent visual design skills with a solid understanding of typography and layout


• Clear communication skills for articulating design rationale


• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
