Senior Design Manager Required Qualifications:

      • 15+ years of experience in design management within the AEC industry
      • 6+ years of experience successfully winning and managing design-build projects
      • 10+ years of experience managing teams
      • Experience with a diverse market portfolio including either healthcare, K-12, life science, or higher education
      • Bachelor’s Degree – STEAM major; or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 12 years prior relevant experience
