The Haskell Company in Salt Lake City is seeking a Senior Project Design Manager to lead large design projects from proposal through closeout. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure design quality aligns with client needs and contracts.

The Senior Project Design Manager executes design project management for large projects with limited disciplines or small/medium projects with several disciplines from proposal phase through project closeout. Leads and inspires the design team to collaborate to achieve all project goals.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $185,000. The actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
