• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, biotechnology, or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as an R&D engineer.
• Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and CAD/3D modeling.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience leading teams and translating design concepts into physical objects.

Responsibilities

• Meet with management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas.
• Conduct market research and evaluating similar products and their functions.
• Collaborating with the marketing department on product feasibility.
• Coordinating the redesign of existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs.
• Creating design projects and specification sheets.
• Presenting product designs to management and stakeholders.
• Overseeing the engineering and testing of product prototypes.
• Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity.
