Responsibilities

• Design and improve products to enhance performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
• Lead product development projects from concept through production launch.
• Apply engineering analysis and participate in design reviews, DFMEA, PFMEA, and value engineering activities.
• Drive quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver innovative solutions.
