Sikla Austria GesmbH is seeking a Senior Design Engineer (SDE) at their Suwanee, GA office. The SDE will engage in all levels of engineering, collaborating with sales and customers to develop solutions in the modular steel construction market.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in engineering, experience with BIM, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience in working within a BIM environment.
• Knowledge of US building codes and load guidelines.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and their deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design structures using relevant design standards via 3D software.
• Ensure designs are fit for purpose and delivered on time.
• Production of comprehensive construction drawings.

Skills

Proficiency in 3D modelling CAD software

Knowledge of Structural Engineering concepts

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
