Job summary

Juul Labs, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Design Engineer to join the Product Design team in San Francisco. You will lead mechanical design, validation, and optimization of new products and major improvements, balancing aesthetics with reliability and cost efficiency.

You will prototype, test, and troubleshoot in a fast-paced global environment, collaborating with engineers across disciplines to deliver high-quality consumer products that meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing consumer products with cosmetic plastic molding and metal parts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, document, and validate mechanical components and assemblies.
• Drive concept validation via prototyping, testing, and data analytics.
• Collaborate with product architects and engineers to meet requirements.
• Perform DoEs spanning EE, ME, FW, and SW disciplines.
