CEI is seeking a Back Senior Design Engineer (Agentic AI) to shape the user experience for a next-generation Agentic AI platform. The role focuses on evolving from Slack-based workflows to a full-featured web UI, with emphasis on intuitive AI agent interactions, workflows, and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Product Design or UI/UX.
• Experience designing web-based software or SaaS.
• Proficient with Figma and modern design tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Ability to work directly with engineering teams in technical product discussions.
• Strong understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design work.

Responsibilities

We are seeking aSenior Design Engineer (Agentic AI) to help shape the user experience for a next-generation Agentic AI platform. This individual will work closely with engineers and technical stakeholders to design intuitive workflows, interfaces, and user interactions for AI-powered systems. The current experience operates primarily through Slack, and this role will help define and design the evolution toward a full-featured web-based user interface. The ideal candidate can translate complex AI capabilities into clear, user-friendly experiences and collaborate directly with engineering teams to determine what is technically feasible and most valuable for end users.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with software engineers to define and design AI-driven user experiences.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for new product capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing interfaces that extend or replace chat-based user experiences.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, LLM-powered applications, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience working in startup or fast-moving product environments.
• Understanding of frontend technologies and design system best practices.
