Omnicom is seeking a senior design leader for Critical Mass to shape large-scale UI and web experiences for enterprise clients in the U.S. You will drive design systems, token architecture, and brand expression across sites and products.

You will present to executives, mentor junior designers, collaborate with UX, strategy, content, and technology teams, and ensure WCAG 2.2 AA compliance while delivering developer-ready Figma files.

Formación

• 7+ years in UI, digital, or web design, including 2+ years leading designers or design workstreams.
• Portfolio with large-scale websites, digital products, design systems, and brand expression.
• Hands-on experience building and documenting Figma design systems with tokens.
• Strong prototyping skills in Figma to visualize interactions and motion.
• Expert craft in typography, color, layout, and UI best practices.
• Knowledge of accessibility and user-centered design.
• Experience designing for enterprise CMS platforms; Sitecore preferred.
• Strong presentation skills to senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborative style to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor designers and guide their growth.

Responsabilidades

• Present work to clients with clarity and confidence, grounded in research and user needs.
• Handle feedback in real time with sound judgment and turn it into clear direction for the team.
• Express the brand through type, color, imagery, and motion with care and intent.
• Adapt work as the client’s brand guidelines evolve.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system with flexible components and clear documentation.
• Build interactive prototypes in Figma to show behavior for reviews and developers.
• Define token architecture and naming conventions, mapping tokens to code for consistency.
• Partner with UX from the start to shape detailed designs and user flows.
• Design to WCAG 2.2 AA standards and accessibility considerations.
• Deliver developer-ready Figma files with states, responsive behavior, and specs.
• Understand how Sitecore shapes content and lead visual QA to match designs.
• Guide junior designers by breaking deliverables into tasks and daily reviews.
• Collaborate with UX, strategy, content, and technology teams to stay aligned.
• Track dependencies from content to launch and align conflicting opinions.
