HDR, Inc. seeks a Senior Design Coordinator to independently evaluate architectural techniques, prepare construction documents, and collaborate with owners and project teams. You will write specs, perform code reviews, and support project architects across all phases.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, and related tools. HDR emphasizes inclusion, growth, and employee ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years professional or internship experience in architecture docs.
• Credentials to obtain future registration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).

• Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate, select and apply architectural techniques to construction documents.
• Perform architectural assignments with general instruction from Project Architect/Manager.
• Collaborate with owners/clients to select and recommend procedures.
• Write specifications covering architectural matters and perform code reviews.
• Assist Project Architects and other coordinators in all phases of the architectural process.
• Perform other duties as needed.
