Job summary

HDR seeks an Industrial Architecture Design Coordinator to help shape project outcomes through architectural coordination and technical documentation. You will work under the Project Architect, applying advanced techniques to construction documents and supporting clients throughout the design process.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture (Master's preferred), deep proficiency in Revit and related tools, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to our employee-owned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; required credentials to obtain future registration.
• Master's degree in Architecture preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Strong leadership and communication; able to manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and apply architectural techniques to construction documents.
• Perform architectural assignments with general guidance from Project Architect or PM.
• Coordinate with owners/clients on procedures.
• Write specifications and perform code reviews.
• Assist other coordinators and technicians across all phases of the architectural process.
• Perform other duties as needed.
