Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Design Coordinator to contribute to architectural design and documentation across healthcare, education, or data center sectors. You will collaborate with owners/clients, lead coordination, and write specifications while guiding project teams through all phases of design.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in Architecture and 5+ years of experience, with Revit proficiency and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field.
Minimum of 5 years professional or internship experience with construction documents.
Credentials to obtain registration in the future.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and related tools; graphic presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Independently evaluate, select and apply architectural techniques to construction documents.
Independently perform architectural assignments with general instruction from Project Architect/PM.
Work directly with owners/clients to select and recommend procedures.
Write specifications covering architectural matters and perform code reviews.
Assist others and take responsibility for work in all phases of the architectural process.
Perform other duties as needed.
