Job summary

Northwell Health in New York is seeking a Project Manager to plan, design, and oversee complex system facilities projects across multiple sites. You will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and stakeholder communications from planning through completion.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking progress, ensuring milestones are met, and guiding vendors and contractors to deliver on time and within spec. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops project plans, budgets, and schedules based on the meetings with stakeholders.
• Tracks project progress against established timelines and schedules.

• Guides the work of vendors, contractors, or sub-contractors.
• Responsible for materials management and delivery scheduling tasks in support of assigned projects.
• Tracks project progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators and prepares and delivers reports to management.
• Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Performs related duties as required.

• Develops project plans, budgets, and schedules based on the meetings with stakeholders.
• Tracks project progress against established timelines and schedules.

• Supports the leadership to negotiate between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems.
• Guides the work of vendors, contractors, or sub-contractors.
