Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in enterprise IT.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, management, or related field.
• Experience with Agile software sustainment programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager with day-to-day execution and coordination of the BMx FoS contract.
• Manage program operations across Agile execution, staffing coordination, CDRL management, release governance, operational reporting, and customer engagement.
• Provide oversight of execution cadence and ART performance across BMx systems.
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineer, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, DevSecOps Platform Lead, Cybersecurity Lead, and SMEs to align modernization and sustainment with Government priorities and mission needs.
• Assist with risk mitigation, surge response coordination, transition planning, staffing governance, and operational metrics analysis.
