Qualifications

• JD degree and license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 12+ years of progressive legal experience, incl. in-house leadership.
• Experience managing legal dept operations, budgets, outside counsel, and service delivery.
• Experience establishing legal processes, metrics, and tech-enabled workflows.
• Healthcare/pharmacy benefit management or regulated industry experience.
• Ability to advise executive leadership while managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the legal department’s strategy and operations.
• Manage budgets, outside counsel, and resource allocation.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and scalable processes.
• Oversee healthcare regulatory, Medicare/Medicaid, and PBM matters.
• Partner with executives to align legal strategy with business goals.
• Mentor and develop legal talent and ensure regulatory compliance.
