• Provides executive-level strategic and operational vision and oversight of SAA work related to the safety and security of the Senate in partnership with the United States Capitol Police and Legislative Branch stakeholders.
• Coordinates and leads work on a variety of matters, initiates and guides programs, and is responsible for process improvement and change management within the area of responsibility.
• Directly supports, coordinates with, and implements work as directed by the Assistant Sergeant at Arms. Supervises expert research, special studies, and reviews; and advises the Assistant Sergeant at Arms on improvements to the safety and security of the Senate and U.S. Capitol.
