• Starting Salary: Based on experience, ranging from $62,790 to $94,399.50, depending on the level (I to III).
• Classification: Attorney
• Position Code: 3057
• Work Hours: 75 hours per pay period in a 2-week cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Assist police investigations, provide legal opinions, and conduct legal research.
• Draft criminal complaints, search warrants, and evaluate evidence.
• Represent the Commonwealth in various court proceedings, including trials and appeals.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and uphold ethical standards.
• Engage in community outreach and continuing legal education.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the District Attorney.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor and admission to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
