Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Deployment Specialist to lead technical service delivery and fleet operations across customer sites. You will manage deployments, break-fix support, and ensure high uptime for autonomous humanoid systems in warehouses and factories.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, demonstrations, and cross-functional collaboration to improve maintenance strategies and service performance. Travel to customer sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree/experience.
• Mechatronics troubleshooting, root causing, maintenance, and repair expertise.
• Excellent hand tool skills.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote workforce environment.
• Experience traveling independently and working in fast-moving environments with tight deadlines.
• Excellent customer communication skills.

Agility Robotics is pioneering autonomous humanoid systems deployed in warehouses, manufacturing, and distribution centers. The Senior Deployment Specialist will lead technical service delivery, robot operations, troubleshooting, and support across Agility and customer sites, managing deployments, break-fix support, and fleet operations.

What You'll Do

Base salary $83,000–$108,000 USD, 401(k) with 6% company match, company stock options, 100% company-paid medical/dental/vision/disability insurance, flexible unlimited PTO (exempt) or 10 vacation days (non-exempt) plus 12 company holidays, Employee Assistance Program, paid parental leave, professional development and tuition reimbursement, relocation assistance for eligible roles, annual discretionary bonus for eligible roles, on-site catered lunches and snacks at Salem and Pittsburgh locations
