Job summary

Nova Credit is seeking a Senior Deployment Lead to drive enterprise deployments of Credit Passport, Cash Atlas, and Income Navigator for strategic accounts. You will coordinate with technology and business stakeholders to ensure deployments meet timelines and deliver value.

This role blends technical implementation with senior stakeholder management in a hybrid NYC metro environment, reporting to the Head of Solutions.

Nova Credit is looking for a Senior Deployment Lead to implement Nova Credit's suite of products—Credit Passport®, Cash Atlas™, and Income Navigator—with new and existing customers post-sale. Your work will directly impact our global revenue growth and advance our mission to power a more fair and inclusive financial system for the world.

Success in this role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with technical and business stakeholders. Drawing on our experience with past enterprise-scale deployments, you'll ensure deployments meet and exceed client expectations. You'll work across client organizations—from technology teams to marketing and credit risk policy stakeholders to drive successful product deployment and integration.

Internally, you'll orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to deliver deployments that are on time, on-scope, and positioned for revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with some operational ambiguity, can manage multiple complex deployments simultaneously, and excels at stakeholder management.

This is a hybrid role (3 days per week in office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) based in the New York City Metropolitan area reporting to the Head of Solutions.

WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL:

• Understand Nova Credit’s value, business model, and products
• Build relationships within your portfolio of enterprise accounts

WITHIN THE FIRST QUARTER, YOU'LL:

• Master our product technology, including the basics of enabling technical integration, user experience, customer acquisition, and credit risk decisioning
• Partner with customer business teams to shape business objectives and integration requirements
• Plan and execute deployments at Nova Credit’s strategic accounts
• Measure and report on the ongoing effectiveness of respective customer launches
• Facilitate key pre- and post-launch touchpoints with an Executive level stakeholder audience
• Build strategic growth plans, that enable our leadership team to interact with key prospects and grow an account’s overall potential

WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR, YOU'LL:

• Successfully deploy Nova Credit’s solutions to multiple enterprise clients
• Be directly responsible for driving significant revenue realization via on-time and on-value deployments
• Collaborate with Nova Credit’s Solution Architects, Account Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams - among others - to strategically influence product priorities, and further improve Nova Credit’s core product features

YOUR SKILLSET:

• 5+ years experience as a Deployment Lead, Client Solutions/Customer Success Manager, Engagement Manager, Technical Project Manager, Professional Services Lead, or Management Consultant. Past experience working with clients in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Technical implementation experience - you can configure a customer environment, and explain technical concepts to business stakeholders (API, Webhook, etc). Additionally, we’ll teach you about Nova Credit’s products, but our customers and products are inherently technical and you should have the curiosity to learn and creatively problem solve
• Entrepreneurial mindset - Adaptable to hybrid work settings, and resourceful in a fast-paced, lean environment (wearing multiple hats)
• High level of autonomy in delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives - Ability to take full ownership of your account portfolio and make key decisions to deliver ambitious business outcomes. This includes: deciding when to include our executive team in customer escalations; defining de-escalation plans; mobilizing cross-functional teams to solution customer requests; and executing a mix of high versus mid-touch engagement commensurate with the growth potential of your customers

Base Salary Range: $153,600 - $182,400 USD

The above compensation range is for U.S.-based candidates and is dependent on individual experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications. We consider all elements of compensation as a part of the value we provide to Novans. This may include base salary, equity grants, incentive compensation for eligible roles, professional development, flexible PTO, and tenure rewards.
