A leading healthcare provider in Alaska is seeking a Senior Dentist responsible for providing clinical care and mentoring staff in oral health practices. This role involves working with customer-owners regarding dental disease treatment and oral health establishment. Candidates should be graduates of accredited dental schools, licensed in Alaska, and have at least two years of experience as a Dentist, Pediatric Dentist, or Orthodontist. Additional certifications will be required for specialized practice.
Qualifications
Graduate of a dental school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA).
Pediatric Dentists or Orthodontists must complete a CODA-accredited advanced dental education program.
Licensed in the State of Alaska for specific dental specialties.
Two years of experience in dentistry or demonstrated proficiency at SCF.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical care supporting oral health needs.
Mentor and coach staff according to the Nuka System of Care.
