CVS Health is seeking a remote recruiter focused on building quality dental networks for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare clients. You will recruit providers, expand managed care contracts and help improve profitability while working in a mobile, remote environment.

Responsibilities include identifying and engaging dental networks, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure access and affordability for members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, or related healthcare environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation expertise
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities
• Must be able to travel (up to 20%) for recruiting projects

Responsibilities

• Recruit quality dental networks for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare clients and members.
• Provide access and affordability for network offerings.
