CVS Health is seeking a recruiter responsible for building and maintaining dental networks for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare clients. The role supports access and affordability while operating in a remote, mobile work environment.

The candidate will travel up to 20% for recruiting projects, cultivate relationships with providers, and work with internal teams to grow managed networks and improve profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation expertise
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities
• Must be able to travel (up to 20%) for recruiting projects

Responsibilities

• Recruit quality dental networks for CVS Health Aetna Dental programs.
• Provide access and affordability for Commercial and Medicare clients and members.
• Foster growth of managed care networks while improving profitability for CVS Health and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales, contracting, and provider relations objectives
