Job summary

Teehee Dental Works in Orchard is seeking a Senior Dental Nurse to support dentists, mentor junior nurses and keep the clinic running smoothly with a hands-on, patient-focused approach.

We're Hiring: Senior Dental Nurse

Teehee Dental Works | 111 Somerset, Orchard

We're looking for an experienced Senior Dental Nurse with a great attitude, a strong work ethic and pride in delivering excellent patient care.

You’ll be a hands-on member of our team, working closely with our dentists, oral health therapists and clinic manager to support patients, guide junior nurses and keep the clinic running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Provide confident chairside assistance: Prepare instruments and materials, anticipate the dentist's needs, and help patients feel comfortable throughout their treatment.
• Maintain excellent clinical standards: Ensure treatment rooms are ready, follow proper sterilisation and infection-control procedures, and keep instruments, equipment and supplies organised.
• Support the nursing team: Help train junior colleagues, lead by example, and take initiative to keep daily workflows organised and efficient.

What we're looking for

• Prior experience as a dental nurse or dental assistant is essential, with sound knowledge of chairside assistance, sterilisation and infection control.
• A great attitude and willingness to work hard: Someone dependable, proactive and ready to help— not just with their own tasks, but as part of the team.
• Strong teamwork and communication: Someone who treats patients and colleagues with kindness and respect, stays calm during busy periods, and guides less-experienced colleagues patiently.

Previous senior or team-lead experience is an advantage, but experienced dental nurses ready to step up are welcome to apply.
