The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in estimating within related sectors, strong regulatory understanding, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in demolition or environmental remediation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and define project scope.
• Visit project sites to evaluate conditions and risks.
• Develop cost estimates covering labor and materials.
• Prepare proposals and assist project managers.
