Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Demo Project Manager/Estimator to support public and private projects in the Greater Philadelphia Region! The Demo PM/Estimator’s primary duty is to assess the costs and resources required and manage Demolition projects throughout the region.

Required Skills, Education, And Experience

• Five+ years of experience in the demolition industry
• Thorough understanding of cost estimating and budget projections
• Bid and manage public and private demolition contracts to completion
• Strong knowledge of demolition practices, methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Assess job opportunities by reviewing plans, and specifications, and visiting job sites
• Ability to effectively present estimates to upper management, clients, and stakeholders
• Familiar with building codes and regulations

Preferred Skills, Education, And Experience

• Ten years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction relevant to this region
• Certified PE
• OSHA and/or other applicable safety certifications and training
