Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Senior Demand and Supply Planner to lead demand and supply planning efforts, optimize inventory, and drive cost-efficient fulfillment. The role leverages Oracle Fusion MRP, Min/Max, and PAR to balance demand with supply across the United States.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in planning, strong Excel and ERP MRPs experience, and excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of demand and supply planning experience.
• 3+ years experience with MRP functionality within an ERP system (Oracle Fusion preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills to analyze large data sets and identify trends.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning by creating and maintaining forecasts based on historical data and install schedules.
• Develop integrated supply plans with procurement, repair, and logistics teams.
• Optimize Depot and Corporate inventory to minimize excess while ensuring availability.
• Apply Oracle Fusion planning methods such as Min/Max and PAR as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align forecasts and plans.
• Identify risks and opportunities in the supply-demand network and drive improvements.
• Prepare forecast accuracy and inventory health reports for senior leadership.
• Support physical inventory activities as needed.
