Job summary

Community Coffee Company in Frisco, TX is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Planner to lead complex demand, supply, inventory, and replenishment planning across assigned product lines.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to align assumptions and drive improvements in service levels and inventory efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, inventory planning, or related function.
• Advanced experience managing inventory, replenishment, and planning processes.
• Forecasting methods, service level management, and planning parameters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex demand, supply, inventory, and replenishment planning for product groups, channels, locations.
• Evaluate demand patterns, forecast performance, trends, seasonality, and constraints to inform planning decisions.
• Develop planning recommendations balancing service, inventory, capacity, cost, risk, and priorities.
• Identify risks and actions by evaluating production schedules, receipts, transfers, and material availability.
• Support product transitions, launches, phase-ins/outs, or high-impact promotions.
• Lead cross-functional planning actions and communicate updates to stakeholders.
