Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Planning to lead the Sams Club Customer Focus Team in At-Home Retail Sales.

You will manage forecasting, replenishment, and demand planning to ensure products are on shelves when customers need them, partnering with inventory planning teams across the company. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Distribution to incorporate market trends, promotions, and service events into the demand plan, and you’ll monitor KPIs to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Sales Analytics, Forecasting and/or Demand Planning.
• Understanding of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
• Experience in advanced planning systems such as Demantra, SAP, Power BI, or O9
• Knowledge of the supply chain and the impact of demand planning on supply chain performance
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and aptitude
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Access
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong customer orientation

Responsibilities

• Manage the data gathering from internal/external sources to create a monthly demand forecast for key customers.
• Incorporate market intelligence and promotional activity into the forecast with Sales and Marketing.
• Review POS trends, shipments, and inventory to adjust customer-level forecasts.
• Coordinate with production planning and distribution for short-term demand changes.
• Manage anticipated demand for new/seasonal products and new markets.
• Review variances between forecasts and actuals to guide future impact.
• Oversee customer forecasting and inventory replenishment activities including service events and CPFR policy recommendations
