Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a Lead Demand/Supply Chain Analyst to analyze data, lead a team, and generate KPI-based insights to optimize DoD supply chain performance. The role requires coordinating with multiple DLA entities and utilizing analytics tools such as SAS Viya, BigQuery, SQL, and BI platforms.

The position emphasizes DoD acquisition lifecycle knowledge, DoD certification requirements, and DoD process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience in the demand/supply chain management space.
• Managing processes in the demand/supply chain management space.
• Analyzing and evaluating KPIs, metrics, or other performance data.
• Utilizing supply systems to gather data for analytical studies.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes demand/supply chain performance data across processes and advises on effects of alternative solutions.
• Functions as a Team Lead, coaching and mentoring the team.
• Generates, monitors, revises, analyzes and evaluates KPIs and performance data.
• Performs capability studies and evaluation studies for accuracy and applicability.
• Coordinates with DLA HQ, DLA Troop Support, Process Owners and Analysts to ensure coordination.
• Coordinates a team approach to provide improved support to operations.
• Creates and maintains SAS-Viya, BigQuery, SQL, Qlik, Power BI, Looker for data collection and reporting.
