Job summary

DLA Careers is seeking a qualified analyst to support the Defense Logistics Agency with work-year analysis and management reporting. The role includes monitoring manpower documents and providing recommendations to optimize operations.

The position requires experience in handling technical, quality assurance, supply, and contracting information, plus the ability to coordinate training and program development for staff.

Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-07.
• Education Substitution: graduate degree or 2 years of progressively higher-level graduate education can meet qualification.
• Combination: mix of education and experience may meet requirements for GS-09.

Responsibilities

• Performs work-year analysis, reviews Monthly Management Reports, and monitors Manpower Authorization Documents for the Branch and provides recommendations.
• Prepares, analyzes, and evaluates management information across technical, QA, supply, and contracting areas.
• Develops/coordinates office programs and procedures to create efficient workflow systems.
• Determines Directorate training requirements based on requests, priorities, and developmental needs of new personnel.
