Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in demand planning, fulfillment, supply planning, or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, S&OP, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Experience with SAP ERP/planning system.
• Excel and analytical skills; Power BI experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• APICS/ASCM certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage short- and long-term demand forecasts.
• Lead demand reviews and support S&OP/S&OE processes.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, inventory, and customer service KPIs.
• Manage customer fulfillment priorities, backorders, and supply constraints.
• Identify demand/supply risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
• Optimize inventory while balancing service levels and working capital.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve planning and fulfillment performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through analytics and root-cause analysis.
