Job summary

Intel Corporation in the United States (Arizona, Phoenix area) seeks a Senior Demand Planner to integrate sales forecasts with supply, driving SnOP and Long-Range Planning. You will coordinate with BD, Strategy Enablement, and Engineering to align demand signals with capacity and ramp plans.

You will use BY CDP, SAP IBP, and Compass to manage demand cycles, track forecast accuracy, and report cycles. This role requires strong analytics and business acumen in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
• 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or capacity planning roles.
• Experience in ERP systems commonly used in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Expertise in Sales and Operations Planning processes and supply chain planning systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, OneMPS COMPASS).
• Advanced Excel experience for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive set up for new products to enable forecasting in Compass and BY CDP through downstream systems.
• Lead demand cycle requirements and manage production demand using BY CDP tool, and Engineering demand using SAP IBP tool.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Segment and Strategy Enablement team to align on demand forecast for Long Range Planning Funded, Execute, and Growth scenarios.
• Collaborate with Business Development on milestones for new products, Eng’g/NPI build timeframes, HVM ramp, and execution.
• Maintain product roadmap for monthly Sales and Operations planning and report demand cycle over cycle changes.
• Identify demand risks, opportunities, and trends to support proactive decision making.
• Partner with supply chain integration to ensure material, service, and vendor readiness aligns with projected demand.
• Partner with Customer Business Analyst within Foundry Business Group Operations in getting latest customer rolling forecast.
• Monitor inventory positions, lead times to mitigate shortages or excess.
• Track accuracy, bias and lags in forecasts using BY CDP dashboards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to align capacity planning with demand forecasts, determine capacity allocation, and customer inventory to maximize revenue through supply commitments.
