About the Role

This position plays a critical role in overseeing demand planning and inbound material activities for a consumer-focused product line. The analyst will lead data-driven forecasting processes to support high service levels and align with financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute scenario planning for both current and long-term forecasts to support production and inventory strategies.
• Monitor and communicate changes in key account buying patterns and assortment shifts to optimize sales delivery.
• Lead cross-functional forecasting reviews with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment.
• Conduct quarterly reviews to prevent excess inventory and obsolescence.
• Manage SKU-level customer allocations and serve as a liaison between supply planning and other departments.
• Integrate market intelligence into the forecasting process through collaboration with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Marketing.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in demand planning, data modeling, or material master data management, preferably in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP/IBP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of leading cross-functional meetings.
• Experience working with major retailers (e.g., Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Amazon) is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically.
