Senior Demand Generation Manager

Overview
Orchestrates and drives multi-channel campaigns to attract enterprise buyers and generate pipelines. Owns all channel distributions, ABM strategy, and optimizes performance. Collaborates with sales, creative, and agencies to execute high-impact campaigns that convert. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, performance analysis, and manage channel distribution.
- Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Develop multi-channel programs (events, webinars, ABM, outbound plays) to drive engagement.
- Align closely with sales to support pipeline acceleration and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with digital agencies to ensure efforts are coordinated and timely.
- Create targeted, persona-based campaigns to attract ideal customers.
- Develop nurture programs to move prospects through the funnel and retain customers.
- Support retention efforts through re-engagement and expansion campaigns.
- Own campaign strategy and execution with cross-functional alignment with sales, content, and field marketing.
- Provide sales with campaign insights, messaging, and supporting assets.
- Improve operational efficiency to enable scalable and repeatable programs.
- Attract new enterprise buyers and keep Tillster top of mind; maintain visibility into companies and key opportunities.
- Run 1:Many and 1:Few ABM campaigns; coordinate with digital agencies as needed.
- Ensure touchpoints are correctly recorded and tagged across marketing and sales.
- Own weekly metrics and reporting of all campaign performance; document insights and actions from data.
- Run and optimize enterprise campaigns including email, direct mail, content syndication, and experimental initiatives; own email marketing and list-building activities.
- Experiment, optimize, and iterate on lead quality and spend.
- Perform other duties as directed or required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise demand generation experience. Ability to move the needle with enterprise buyers in B2B SaaS.
- Creative yet analytical — capable of designing campaigns that stand out and drive enterprise pipeline.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to work with design partners to bring campaigns to life.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for an enterprise audience.
- Familiarity with paid media; ability to guide and hold agencies accountable for coordinated launches and distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent

Pay and Benefits (USA)
- Base salary range: $110,000 – $135,000. Total compensation determined based on lawful criteria, company policy, and best practices.
- Equity: Eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.

- Holidays: Ten paid holidays per calendar year.
- PTO: 15 days in the first year, 22 days thereafter; pro-rated for part-time employees.
