Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks a Sprint Operations SME to bridge DeltaV automation development with biopharmaceutical manufacturing on the Fastnet project. You will join an Agile team on the shop floor to ensure the DeltaV solution reflects current and future operating needs, supports safe compliant operations, and enables a smooth facility start-up.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in biopharmaceutical drug substance and SDI operations.
• Strong familiarity with legacy API/SDI control system functionality and the ability to interpret existing operating sequences.
• Prior experience in recipe creation, batch sheet/EBR execution, and operational sequence design under computerized control environments.
• Hands-on experience navigating the commercial supply phase of biopharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring GMP compliance.
• Excellent communication skills translating complex procedures to engineering/automation teams.

Responsibilities

• Active Sprint Participation within DeltaV development teams and daily stand-ups.
• Provide actionable feedback on process operations and facility constraints to the dev team.
• Translate technical progress to the wider operations team and gather feedback.
• Translate legacy practices into DeltaV functional design requirements and graphics.
• Interpret batch sheets/EBRs to optimize DeltaV phases, recipes, and control modules.
• Inform operator graphics design and navigation paths for ease of use.
• Review and approve design documents, test scripts, and SOPs.
• Support FAT/DSAT, commissioning, and integration testing.
• Identify functional gaps, safety risks, and procedural implications; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
