Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in automation/control systems within manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on Emerson DeltaV expertise, including configuration, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with batch control and S88 methodology is preferred.
• Proven leadership of multi-site automation initiatives and cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive corporate automation strategy and governance.
• Establish and maintain corporate technical standards.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies.
• Oversee major automation projects to scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
