Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA, seeks a Senior WBS 8 Engineer to lead valve procurement and delivery for domestic projects and the restart initiative.

You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality; manage schedules, risks, and costs; and mentor staff while reporting to the APX WBS 3&8 Senior Manager.

This hybrid role offers exposure to global projects and a path to leadership within the Delivery Stream.

Qualifications

• 4 years minimum experience, typically 8+ years.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
• PMP certification.
• Show initiative and accountability.
• Inquisitive attitude with driver approach.
• Team building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program management model for global execution.
• Forecast performance and identify risks with mitigation plans.
• Serve as delivery stream partner to project procurement leader.
• Provide strategic direction for Energy System products and growth.
• Lead delivery stream teams across sites.
• Collaborate with design engineering and quality on document submittals.
• Support staffing forecasts and bid opportunities.
