Job summary

You will coordinate with the WBS 8 Lead and teams to align delivery plans with schedules, technical requirements, and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience, typically 8+ years.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
• PMP certification.
• Strong initiative, accountability and an inquisitive driver attitude.
• Team-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement delivery program management model aligned with global execution models to ensure Westinghouse participation and leadership in AP1000 Energy System Portfolio.
• Forecast program performance and identify risks with mitigation strategies to meet safety, quality, and financial goals.
• Serve as trusted partner to the Delivery Stream project procurement leader for major customer projects.
• Provide strategic direction and execution plans for Energy System products ensuring profitable growth for Westinghouse.
• Lead and oversee delivery stream teams across Westinghouse, suppliers and customers.
• Lead decision-making for procurement of components and equipment.
• Develop supplier strategies and procurement planning including down selection and RFQ packages.
• Oversee training and mentor new hires and existing staff on customer projects.
