TCG in Washington, DC is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead a high-profile federal project, including planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout. You will coordinate with government stakeholders, internal teams, and subcontractors to define requirements, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, experience with federal IT programs, and familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with 4+ years as a Program or Senior Project Manager and 3+ years as a Requirements Analyst.
• Outstanding organizational management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with and communicate with consultants, technical staff, and clients to define activities and resolve issues.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking with ability to apply technical solutions to complex problems.
• Experience in reporting to federal clients and understanding of FAR, cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedule and staffing requirements with the client.
• Maintain budget and manage project costs.
• Inform the Program Manager of project status and deliverables.
• Ensure quality deliverables and effective client communication.
• Coordinate Agile Scrum ceremonies or delegate as needed.
• Support staffing, interviews, and career descriptions with staff acquisition.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads to meet client objectives and remove blockers.
