Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Application Development Lead - Facets to lead delivery for the Facets platform. This role requires hands-on leadership across modules and deep Healthcare IT experience, including upgrades and integrations.

The role emphasizes Azure cloud modernization, real-time Facets API calls, and data-driven improvement across development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience with strong Facets expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Facets modules: Membership, Claims, Workflow, Accumulations.
• Proficient in PL/SQL; Oracle; SQL Server; SSIS.
• Experience debugging C#/.NET apps and API calls.
• Experience upgrading Facets, vendor integrations, and data migrations.
• Exposure to Azure cloud migration/modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facets application development, delivery, and maintenance.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Membership, Claims, Workflow, and Accumulations modules.
• Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL/SQL queries; perform execution-plan tuning.
• Debug and troubleshoot C#/.NET applications; analyze root causes.
• Implement real-time Facets API calls in at least two areas.
• Support migration to Microsoft Azure; participate in lift-and-shift initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance across teams; drive end-to-end delivery.
• Promote an AI-first and cloud-first approach; identify automation opportunities.
