Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Airframe Tech Writer to partner with product and operations teams to deliver accurate, updated documentation. You will organize engineering and program delivery, working with engineers, operations, and subject matter experts to capture user workflows and produce clear manuals and guides.

In this role you will shape tone and quality across artifacts, align with MIL-STD-40051D and S1000D standards, and ensure on-time, contract-deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated excellence generating technical documentation.
• Experience writing technical user-facing documentation.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering documentation.
• Experience building content in Word, XML, and similar formats.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Relocation to be onsite in Ashville, OH.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and edit documentation that is user-focused for products.
• Evaluate tasks and drive decisions using data and stakeholder input.
• Communicate risks and keep leadership informed on timelines.
• Help build a living documentation culture across teams.
