Job summary

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Advanced degree in CS/IT or engineering with 10 years DoD experience, or BA/BS with 12 years DoD experience, or 15 years with DoD.
Must possess Tier 3/Secret clearance.
Certifications: CompTIA Security+ CE; AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Cloud Practitioner; Oracle/OCI databases.
A preference for Agile/Scrum certifications.

Responsibilities

Perform work applying broad theory and practical knowledge of Agile system engineering to the acquisition process.
Identify and apply IT acquisition strategies, performance measures, and quality management in acquisition planning and cybersecurity.
Conduct program portfolio reviews to evaluate plans and manage baselines.
Design and perform system-level tests to ensure subsystem and system performance.
Prepare technical documentation and management reports with engineering analyses.
Provide Agile and digital system/program engineering support and training for programs.
Assist in risk management activities and ensure compliance with DoD directives.
