Job summary

DCS Corp in Michigan is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support the Bradley combat vehicles (A3/A4) post-production software efforts. You will resolve known issues, determine root causes, and develop fixes, incorporating new hardware and software as directed.

The role requires U.S. Citizenship, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 15 years of engineering experience, and expertise with Ada.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, CS, CE, EE, or related field.
• 15 years of professional engineering experience.
• Working knowledge of the Ada language.
• Knowledge of DoD software development guidelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Experience supporting combat vehicle systems (Bradley or similar).
• Exposure to defense protocols (Ethernet, 1553, CAN, Serial, or VICTORY).

• Determine root cause of reported issues and develop fixes.
• Incorporate new hardware and software into Bradley as directed.
