DCS Corporation in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to support its Aerospace Technology Development team. You will contribute to high-impact, multi-year initiatives focusing on autonomy and autonomous control systems for air platforms, integrating capabilities across maneuvering, sensing, and user interfaces.

The role requires a BS in CS/CE or related field with programming experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD clearance.
BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline with programming experience.
Two years of related experience or master’s degree with 1 year of experience.
Experience with automated testing, containerized deployments, CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Linux and AGILE development processes.
Understanding of software architecture design.
Experience with Git or other source control.
Strong teamwork and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integration test plans and test cases; document results for government and contractor stakeholders.
Design software test fixtures for containerized autonomy services.
