Tocaro Blue is shaping the future of maritime autonomy from our Washington, DC and San Diego bases. We develop ProteusCore and ApolloCore software for real-time perception and sensor fusion on unmanned surface vessels, selling to defense integrators, sensor OEMs, and government entities.

We seek a strategic hunter to build government-related opportunities and close deals with DoW primes. You will own the pipeline, manage key government relationships, and work with engineering and leadership on

Qualifications

Track record of technical product or services sales in a complex enterprise environment.
Uniformed service or government civilian experience is preferred: DoW, USCG, or the acquisition and S&T organizations that support them.
Self-directed and capable of building government sales playbook.

Responsibilities

Develop, negotiate, and close licensing deals with USV builders, autonomy integrators, and maritime OEMs; grow existing accounts and open new ones.
Identify and shape opportunities with U.S. Government customers: DoW offices, USCG, USSOCOM, DIU, ONR; focus on primes fulfilling DoW USV contracts.
Qualify opportunities, champion demonstrations, coordinate with engineering and leadership for pricing and terms; close and expand accounts.
Track programs, budgets, and competitors; bring operator feedback into the product roadmap.
Represent Tocaro Blue at industry events, fleet exercises, and customer demonstrations.
